Adam Bucholz
Head Coach
Adam has always been a physical athlete, joining the wrestling and football teams in high school, along with following in his father’s footsteps through weightlifting. At 18 years of age, maintaining his training in bodybuilding, and eventually becoming a certified personal trainer for Bally’s Total Fitness. Now, at the age of 39, Adam weighs in at 270 pounds of muscle and continues to workout passionately at his craft, sculpting and changing his physique.
Adam also trains in the martial arts under his father Master Shifu, Charlie where he currently holds a purple rank. His hobbies also include football, movies, games, along with spending time with his daughters.
