This class is held four days a week, from Monday to Thursday, with each session lasting one hour. At four weeks, this amounts to sixteen hours of training, which is exceptional in the martial arts community. The diverse nature of this martial arts program requires a structured and consistent approach to ensure proper development and attention. The class is open to children aged six to thirteen. Mondays
Form Day: Openhand and weapon forms.
Teaches: Coordination, speed, power, balance, fluidity and control.

Tuesdays
Program Day: Simulated combat moves and lessons involving physical and mental knowledge. Tumbling and falling techniques.
Teaches: Striking points, various types of blocks, punches and a variety of kicking applications. (Including controlled takedowns.)

Wednesdays
Leg Day: Stretching and verious kicking techniques.
Teaches: Proper stretches for flexibility and muscle control.

Thursdays
Fight Night: Application of aforementioned class days.
Teaches: Fighting skills through various training applications for both the stand up fight and ground fighting. Training consists of conditioning, footwork, and bagwork. This class includes blocking exercises, pointspar, rolling and in ring sparring with moderate power, (protective gear must be worn).

Class Time: 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm daily
Price: $120.00 every four weeks, first class is free to try (no obligation).
2 Week Trial: $49.00 for 2 Weeks – Consists of two classes per week, totaling four hours of training, absolutely no obligation.
